Office Administrator

Maternity Cover – 12 month contract
Full time

We are looking for a competent Office Administrator to help with the organisation and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.

Duties included, but not limited to:

Ensure smooth running of the office
Reception service to staff and external visitors
Running general office errands and carrying out general administration tasks
Procurement of office suppliers, to include weekly food delivery
Record keeping for staff holidays and leave from work
Organise staff social activities, including summer and Christmas parties
Support all staff members with arrangements for corporate events and internal meetings
Provide support to accounts for issuing of invoices and managing payments
Provide administrative support to Partners and managers when required
Ensure the company complies with Health & Safety policies

Skills and experience required:

Previous reception and administration experience
Proficient in MS Office/Outlook/Excel/word
Personable, friendly, approachable attitude with ‘can do’ attitude
Excellent communication skills – Verbal and written
Confident, professional well mannered
First Aider – useful but not essential

 

Junior/Trainee CAD Technician

Full time

We are seeking an aspiring CAD technician who is enthusiastic, pro-active and highly diligent in their approach. The role will require you to work closely with our in-house engineering team to ensure the successful implementation of projects.

Once trained duties will include;

Adjustment and development of 3D CAD models
Produce detailed 2D technical drawings to a high standard
Update CAD models, technical drawings and other relevant documents

Skills and experience required:

Critical thinking and a good technical understanding are crucial
Ability to work in a team with an aptitude for problem-solving
Ability to handle uncertainty and be proactive in new and unfamiliar situations
Familiarity with technical drawings

Previous experience is not essential, as full training will be given. Candidates must be able to demonstrate attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
